HOCKEY-STYLE HEADGEAR: The headgear is made of a durable hockey-style ABS shell with a multi-density pad system and overhead ventilation to increase air circulation, keeping catchers cooler behind the plate and under the sun. OPTIMUS MVP CHEST PROTECTOR: Compression-molded as a single piece, the Optimus MVP chest protector absorbs energy and reduces the amount transferred from impacts. Includes detachable shoulder and tail extensions. OPTIMUS MVP LEG GUARDS: Built with a cantilever-shaped lining system to spread the shock of impact and minimize the force transferred to the catcher’s shins.
