Under Armour Men's Match Play Vented Golf Pants - Lightweight & Breathable for Comfort on the Golf Course

I love this material more than anything else I own. It’s super breathable, it’s snag-proof, rain rolls right off of it, spills dry in a matter of minutes, and the black fabric deflects heat even better than some white shirts I own.Unfortunately, these pants are ugly as sin. They’re baggy in all the wrong places; there are these odd triangles of extra fabric built in around the hips that make these pants look like the bottom half of a women’s pantsuit. The super-lightweight fabric flaps around awkwardly at the ankles when it’s windy. I’ve pulled the waist up higher so that I can just hide all the weird extra fabric under an untucked shirt before, but then the pant legs are too short to compensate.Regardless, the quality of the fabric alone is more than enough to make up for the unflattering shape. I’ve been looking around for a local tailor to get these pants altered just so I can wear them more often. If it goes well than I would be more than willing to buy another pair in the future.Pants look and feel great. They are very light and thin, and I love the rubberized material on the inside of the waistband as a shirt keeper. However, the air does not flow through the material nearly as well as you would think, even though the material appears perforated. Also, the dress pant cut of the front pockets increases possibility of items falling out, or of being pickpocketed. Improve the airflow and change the pockets to a jean-style cut and I'd travel the world with these pants.Really enjoy these pants. I bought them for fall golf season in Minnesota. They’re very comfortable and definitely don’t hinder performance.I tried on Oakley, Nike, Adidas, and Slazenger pants. Adidas was a close second place, but Under Armour was the winner.I’ve played 4 full rounds in these pants so far in temperatures ranging from 40°-65°. I was a bit cold in the 40° weather since these are the VENTED versions of the pants. I played a second round in similar weather, except I wore UA ColdGear leggings underneath and my body temp was perfect. They also breathed really well in the 65° round.Next time I see a price drop in another color that I want, I’ll definitely buy another pair.These pants are awesome! They are so versatile and very comfortable! I can wear these to the office and get complements all day long and then go to the park with my kids and run around and play. They have a nice stretch to them without looking like sweat pants. They work with t-shirts, polos, and button up dress shirts. I went hiking across the Vietnamese countryside in these and didn't get too sweaty and felt comfortable the entire 4 hour hike.Pros:Well ventedSuper comfortableVersatileCons:NONE(Okay - maybe a bit pricey)Final Rec: BUY THESE PANTS!Best pair of pants to own if you live in warmer climates.This is a really good pair of pants, however, I don’t like that the waistband cinches up and wrinkles up the top of the pair of pants a lot. It’s a minor thing, but if you are wearing these off the course, they make it look really “slept in” however the elastic top is nice and the grippy stuff in the waist band holds up the pants, and keeps your shirt well tucked in.BEST. EVER.If you have to dress "business casual" for work and don't own these, you are wrong.If you enjoy wearing slacks out to dinner and don't own these, you are wrong.If you have ever worn pants in your entire life and don't own these, you are wrong.6' 1", 235lbs. 38w, 32L...Mildly snug fit around quads, but pants stretch well. Lends to a custom fit look. Perfect for hot weather, they're literally see through. Not on your body!!! but if you hold them up to your face, you can see right through the vents (holes).I love these pants. I now own three pairs in three different colors. Great for golf, lounging around the house, and running errands without looking like a slob. They are basically the male version of yoga pants. I will probably buy another pair or two soon.Well made for the price, comfortable, not bad on a hot day compared to other golf pants. Will buy again, but maybe a size bigger.Pants were comfortable, fit well and perfect length. Great material.
